S 11,5/80 - construction of a new two-lane primary road (bypass of the municipality of Staňkov, length: 3 km)

The construction aims at repositioning the route of I/26 road outside the built-up area of the municipality of Staňkov. The width and orientation of the existing route no longer accommodates for the needs of long-distance traffic in particular, which burdens the environment especially with excessive noise and emissions.

The construction is a follow-up of the construction of I/21, the Planá repositioning. The construction will expand the capacity of the existing road I/21 and remove shortcomings of the route posing danger to traffic; the construction will also divert transit traffic from the built-up area of the municipality of Chodová Planá by building a bypass.

The construction of road I/21 between the municipalities of Trstěnice and Drmoul forms part of a set of repositioning projects on road I/21. At the beginning of the section, the construction follows up the repositioning of road I/21 between the municipalities of Planá and Trstěnice; at the end of the section, the construction follows up the completed construction of a bypass of the municipality of Velké Hleďsebe.

The construction aims at repositioning road I/20 outside the built-up area between the municipalities of Hněvkov and Sedlice. The repositioning of road I/20 outside the above-specified municipalities as planned will eliminate certain spots on the existing route which are problematic in terms of traffic organisation, as well as any railroad crossings (the new road will lead alongside the railroad), substantially improving the environment in the above-mentioned municipalities.

The road system of the city of Pilsen in the Roudná area does not accommodate for the needs of connecting the 60-thousand housing estate of Severní Předměstí with Pilsen’s centre. The project aims at constructing a new road to connect Alej Svobody street, currently ending at the University Hospital, with Tyršova street; the connection is planned to be situated at Na Rychtářce.

Renovation of Závodu míru street, Carlsbad

Renovation of a 1.5-km stretch of through road II/220, including the whole street area, related roads and parking spaces within the adjoining built-up area. Complete renovation of a street changing the arrangement of the traffic area and re-categorisation of roads especially due to a decrease and change in the nature of traffic load resulting from the completion of a new route of through road I/6 (R6). In order to organise pedestrian and motor traffic and increase road safety through construction alterations, as well as to remove the existing structural defects and shortcomings of the roads, the design of the renovation also aimed at providing for a maximum number of parking spaces on the street.

Renovation and revitalisation of the courtyard situated within 682 to 689 and 25a Závodu míru street to arrange and change the pedestrian, motor and stationary traffic, including the remedy of defects (unsatisfactory in terms of safety) of the existing connections of the courtyard roads to through road II/220 in the Závodu míru street. In addition to constructing a residential zone, expanding parking spaces, constructing pedestrian paths, revitalising greenery and rest areas, the bus stop Krátká and the adjoining pavements were renovated as well.

Repair of a primary road based on a diagnostic survey, including recommendation for a technique suitable to remedy the defects of the road, breaking off of the sides, sliding of the shoulders, as well as complete reviews, renewal of road markings and replacement of road signs, redevelopment and renovation of culverts, removal of any elements jeopardising traffic safety, replacement and addition of crash barriers and bollards and the like features as required by standards. Use of techniques to improve the existing sub-layers of the road: cold recycling, hot recycling on site.

The plan for the renovation of a single-family house consists in modifying the internal layout of the 1st above-ground floor, removing the existing attic and building a superstructure on the 2nd above-ground floor (loft conversion). The construction works include renovation of the existing spaces, including internal distribution lines, and insulation of the envelope.

Renovation and modernisation of a boathouse of the Prazdroj Pilsen sports club

The renovation and modernisation of the building aim at expanding the capacity of the building, enhancing the sports service facilities of the club, enabling a more effective training of athletes, as well as creating conditions for a commercial use of the building to raise funds for the club. The renovation of the building consists in the construction of an additional floor, adding a sports hall, structural alterations, renovation and modernisation of the existing premises, as well as in designing alterations to insulate the building and decrease its energy intensityv.
